Suzanne Whitby

Suzanne Whitby specialises in managing more complex communication and engagement projects and programmes, particularly those with an international dimension. Since 1998, she has been working with organisations including BP, Microsoft, Nokia Siemens, Logica-CMG, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Sony Ericsson, the US Department of Defence, Energis and 3.

Suzanne’s expertise spans all areas of project and programme management, including project set-up, day-to-day management and delivery, team and resource management, project communication (often across cultures and time zones), risk assessment, ongoing reporting and delivering projects to objectives, timescales and budget. She is skilled in using a number of methodologies including Prince2, TenStep PMP and Waterfall, and adapts elements of these to the specific needs of any given project.

Suzanne speaks English, German, Afrikaans and a little Italian, and has lived in South Africa, Australia, England and Austria. She is particularly interested in cross-cultural communication and regularly manages our international projects. She is also expert in a number of software packages and has a range of web-related and graphic design skills.

These additional skills contribute to Suzanne’s ability to “get the job done” on just about any given project, allowing her to exceed our clients' expectations time and time again.
