Sue Dewhurst worked as a senior in-house internal communicator for thirteen years (Royal Mail, Barclays, NTL), before moving into consultancy in 2004. She specialises in communication-related training and development, coaching and facilitation. Sue is a trained coach and a special advisor on professional development to the CIPR’s internal communications group.

Her consultancy clients include Shell, KFC, Ericsson, Vodafone, E.ON, DuPont, Royal & SunAlliance and LloydsTSB. She is Associate Director of Research for Melcrum Publishing, and has led research projects into global best practice on subjects including organisational culture, communicating change and communicating with global and hard-to-reach audiences.

Sue runs the SD group, which specialises in developing communicators. We regularly partner with Sue when a client has a need for a mix of consultancy and development support.
