Lucy Powell has worked for over twenty years in communication, delivering both internal and external campaigns. She is highly experienced in issues such as large-scale change, mergers and acquisitions, industrial relations, redundancy and restructuring, culture change, business growth and team building. She is also specialises in global audits and networks, to help organisations better manage their communication channels and reduce costs.

Lucy has worked with organisations throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, the US, Middle East and Africa, in both public and private sectors. They include American Express, Alliance & Leicester, Balfour Beatty, Benefits Agency, British Nuclear Fuels, BT, easyJet, Ericsson, HM Revenue & Customs, London Underground, Microsoft, Norwich Union Life, Oracle, PricewaterhouseCooper, NTL and Vodaphone.
 

Lucy’s work has been recognised by the International Association of Business Communicators and the Institute of Public Relations global award programmes.

In addition to developing and embedding communication strategies and processes, Lucy has also led teams and managed budgets as an interim manager. She has re-engineered communications functions and acted as adviser to company boards.

 A highly-experienced writer and editor, and former newspaper and magazine journalist, Lucy has also served as principal scriptwriter at CEO level, and written, edited and launched numerous publications.
