Helen Coley-Smith

Helen Coley-Smith has over 15 years of experience in communication and change management, in consultancy and in-house roles. Her background is in change management, marketing, HR, training & development and psychology. Helen has lived and worked in the UK and Europe and won industry awards for her client work. Over the years Helen has worked with a variety of organisations, on assignments ranging from employee research and audits to major change and high concern communication programmes.

   Areas of expertise include:

- Communication and engagement strategies and activities to support organisational change;

- Engagement events (leadership and staff conferences, team events);

- Communication and engagement strategies and activities to embed corporate strategy and a customer-focused culture

 - Employee research and measurement of communication effectiveness.

In addition to her business and modern languages degree, Helen also has an MBA. She is an IABC Board Director and member of the Institute of Directors. She is also on the panel of judges for the IABC’s Gold Quills awards and is Melcrum’s change communication expert. She has written several industry reports and articles and speaks French, German and Spanish.
