We are specialists in the “people” side of organisational change, with particular expertise in the areas of change and HR communication, facilitation, skills development, coaching and team building. We focus entirely on helping individuals, teams and organisations to change and transform.

Helen Coley-Smith leads the practice and either works independently with clients, or creates a team when more resource is needed. ColeySmith Consulting has an international consultant network of specialists in change management, HR, psychology, organisational development, industrial relations, learning & development, marketing, brand management and communications. Consultants including Helen often work with clients long-term, through a variety of short- and longer term projects.

Without exception all consultants have 15+ years of experience, a significant change background and have worked in-house.
