Helen Coley-Smith leads the practice and either works independently with clients, or creates a team when more resource is needed. ColeySmith Consulting has an international consultant network of specialists in change management, HR, psychology, organisational development, industrial relations, learning & development, marketing, brand management and communications. Consultants including Helen often work with clients long-term, through a variety of short- and longer term projects.
Without exception all consultants have 15+ years of experience, a significant change background and have worked in-house.
